Product: Inkjet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 63/302 ink cartridge and my 5255 isn't accepting it. It fits but it is a little bit longer.

I understand you are not able to insert the ink cartridges.

 

To assist you better, are you using Instant Ink cartridges?

Instant Ink cartridges are bigger in size than regular ink cartridges, but they fit fine. 

Do you get any errors?

HP 63 ink cartridges are compatible with this model printer in the United States.
