Product: HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer

Hi there so I brought new cartridges for the printer install them and printed a sheet off then had issues direct printing at work then all of a sudden it came up with empty colour ink which was replaced the day before now when I hard reset the printer holding power and X it says full ink prints a system test page then says empty ink helpppp before I throw it at the wall and buy a brother
