Have had this printer for a few years but only just started using it. Bought genuine inks off Amazon only a few days ago and have printed 5 pages worth of just some writing and the printer is already telling me the ink is running low. Also, when I want to print it won’t let me print in colour. I have checked all the relevant settings and the colour printing is selected but everything is coming out blotchy and no colour. Is there a way to fix this? My printer is out of warranty so can’t replace it or do anything with it so just wanted to know if there’s anything I may of missed? I will also talk to HP tomorrow when they are open. Thank you
