Example: HP Printer7520

I have a HP photo 7520 All in one printer that I absolutely love,. The other day it would not print in black. I was low on my color and photo inks but I wasn't to low on my black. I did a clean cartridge test and print quality  test through the printer which showed no black ink and none of the colors however dome of the photo. I ordered a color set, 2 of the 564 xl black and 1photo, not to mention that last month I purchased a photo and black cartridges and had yet to install the. I do a lot of printing.  When I put the new cartridges in I still got nothing.  I took the printheard completely out after removing the new cartridges to do a more thorough cleaning and notice inside the printer where the printhead stays is filled with black ink. Cleaning my printhead is good, the black still will not print and I have a gooey mess of black ink that must have been leaking for awhile.  How do I clean this? How do I get it to print the black Ink? I have all new cartridges in the printer over$100 worth and another $100 in my file cabinet plus this is a trusted wonderful printer.
