Could you provide more details - is the color cartridge still showing as empty after replacement? Or, is the cartridge not showing an ink level at all? DOes the color cartridge print OK or are there quality issues with one or more colors?
Is the cartridge an original HP or a third-party cartridge?

Yes, the tri color cartridge still showing empty after replace new tri color cartridge.
This is second tri color cartridge replace. First replacement tri color cartridge was shown empty after print not more then 20 pages. After few month, ink level still showing empty after replace second new tri color cartridge.
Color print is not working. Also need remove tri color cartridge then can print black color.
The tri color cartridge is an original HP (SN: M0905099).

Are there blinking lights on the printer when the color cartridge is installed? If the cartridge was OK but empty it would not cause the printer to not print black. See the document here for interpreting and resolving blinking lights on the Deskjet 2130 printer.
