Product: HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-in-One Printer

I cant seem to find an actual customer service help line so i guess this is what ive got. My app says that my ink levels are about half full, however any time I try to print something the page prints out fully blank. If anyone knows what could be wrong or if my app is just lying to me and I need new ink or whatever. Let me know, thanks.

HP Recommended

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries inside the cartridge, and you get blank pages printed. Replace ink cartridges.
