Ink levels supposedly ok but printing quality is bad

According to the settings, my ink levels aren't that low right now - though my black ink is approaching a low level. But I'm not getting any error message. My color ink levels are high, and yet the print quality for both options is terrible and way too faint. Any suggestions?

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries and you get print like yours. The ink cartridges might be full, but full of dried ink. Replace the ink cartridges with new, fresh ones.

I've been using the printer ink regularly so that shouldn't be the problem.
