My printer is hp deskjet 2135. After i insert the new cartridge, both black and colour ink keep blinking but when I insert the old cartridge, it stops blinking. What should I do?

I see that you are facing issues with your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer.

 

I suggest that you follow the steps from this document to resolve this issue. (Click on the word document to open the web page).

 

Note: Please follow the steps under "Issue: One or more of the Ink Alert lights are on or blinking" in the above document.
