Product: HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm using Graphix shrink plastic (similar to Shrinky Dinks) which is made for inkjet printing, however, the ink never dries.  I'm told it shouldn't take more than (at most) 24 hours to dry. I've changed the paper setting to 'matte other', but it makes no difference.

Is there a particular ink I should be using (I didn't get anything special) and/or am I not using the correct setting?
