HP OfficeJet Pro 8124e All-in-One Printer

Hello I've just brought the HP officejet Pro when printing any pictures it only prints in (Dark) blue, purle, green and black.

The ink cartridges show that they are in the correct place and with the official HP INK cartridges

I've attached 2 photos one which is what I've tried to print with all colours and the other is what is actually prints.

Can you please help me what what it could be?

Many thanks
