HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

Ink does not print correctly, no extra ink never received last order. Please help, being charged for a subscription that I cannot use and have reached out about same issue and received no help.

Troubleshooting Steps:

 

Check Ink Levels:

  • On the printer control panel, go to "Ink Levels" and check if the ink cartridges have sufficient ink.
  • If low, replace the cartridges.

Clean Printhead:

  • On the printer control panel, navigate to Settings > Tools > Clean Printhead and run the cleaning cycle.

Check for Clogged Nozzles:

  • Print a Print Quality Report from the printer settings.
  • If streaks or missing colors appear, run Printhead Cleaning multiple times.

Use Genuine HP Cartridges:

  • Ensure you’re using original HP Instant Ink cartridges if you are subscribed to Instant Ink.

Restart Printer and Reinstall Cartridges:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for 1 minute, then turn it back on.
  • Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges securely.

Update Firmware and Drivers:

  • Check for any pending printer firmware updates via HP Smart app or HP Support website.

Test with Different Paper & Print Settings:

  • Ensure you are using the correct paper type.
  • Go to Printer Preferences > Paper Type and adjust settings if needed
