I just switched from HP Instant Ink to the All-In Plan. I have had nothing but problems. First after getting it installed I had to spend an hour online with someone to get it to actually start printing. Now I just changed the ink for the first time and it is saying the ink isn't connecting. I tried looking for answers and the virtual chat, but I can not get it fixed. They also won't let me talk to a human even though the plan says we have 24/7 support. Anyone know how to fix this? I am a teacher have to get things printed for my class by tomorrow.

Yes, I believe you should be able to contact Support using the contact information in your MyAccount.
