If you received an email to replace your ink cartridge but it hasn't arrived yet, here are some steps you can take:
1. Check Order Status
- Log into your HP Instant Ink account to check the status of your cartridge order. There should be an order history section where you can see if it has been shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Sometimes, delivery times can vary. Check the email you received for any estimated delivery dates.
In the meantime, if you need to print, consider using a backup cartridge (if available) or visiting a local store to purchase a cartridge until your order arrives.
