Hi all

 

I hope this is the right place to post and someone can help. 

I’m a crafter and use my printer a lot for projects. I use the HP envy 5020 series and have no problems with it. I’m currently working with 120 gsm matte paper. The problem I have is that after handling the paper the dark colours rub off onto my fingers. This causes smudging and darker colours rubbing into the white/lighter coloured parts. 

Is there a way I can stop this happening?

Try a different paper that would be the first step.
