Product: HP All-in-One - 22-b013w (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

I was changing my print black cartridge -t read it was depleted.  I put a new cartridge in (black) and it also read depleted- I must change cartridge before using printer.  I put in another new cartridge and it read the same as the last .   

Error message cartridge depleted

Wireless connection

No new software or driver changes.

Why is this happening?

What is the solution?
