Been printing since May, and everything I print smears BAD whether I let it sit for days or change highlighters. This is getting ridiculous! HP Envy.

Smear can be an issue with inkjet and highlighters. Sharpie does make a smearproof highlighters called smear guard, which I have found works much better for our clients than standard highlighters.
