For the past couple of weeks I've had issues with the print quality (black printed just fine, cyan and yellow printed, but was streaky, no magenta would print).  I spoke with customer service twice - after running the clean printhead process numerous times each time I spoke to customer service, I was sent new ink cartridges.  No new ink cartridges resolved the issue.  I have gone through half a ream of paper printing test pages, took out and cleaned the printer head, wiped down the cartridge contacts, but still no resolution.  I just removed all ink cartridges and discovered a puddle of green ink under the printhead housing.  How do I take care of this issue and could this be why I'm having printing issues?

Sounds like your printhead service station does not work.
Where is the puddle of ink? Is it on the right side of the printer under the printhead? If yes - thats the service station.
It needs to be repaired or replaced

Yes, it is on the right side, under the printhead.  I took some cotton balls and swabbed up the ink the best I could and cleaned the printheads.  I'm going to try a little later to see if that resolved the issue.
