I just bought the above printer and was planning on taking out the Ink Subscription.
However, I want to know whether the printer will still work should I subsequently cancel the ink subscription. I have used the WhatsApp chat and the information provided is not clear or consistent.
So, please can you let me know once the Ink Subscription has been cancelled, can I use any or all of the following please:
- Genuine HP cartridges,
- HP refilled cartridges,
- Third party compatible cartridges
There was a comment that things may change if the Firmware on the printer was updated - what is the relevance of this and would it affect what type of ink cartridges can be used ?
