I installed a new 950XL HP black cartridge and received the error: Problem with print or ink system. After turning on and off, it now says the new cartridge is damaged and to replace it. I don't even remember when I bought this cartridge - how do I get a refund from HP for a bad cartridge? (Assuming that buying a new one will, in fact, solve the problem).
