Cannot open ink tank cap on hp 7602r smart tank

Hi @Marv36 

1. You may need to remove the cardboard and blue tape inside the printer.

2. Also you need to lift up the gray transparent plastic cover from the Tanks.

3. And the plastic cap from the Tank color.

4.  Then you put the Ink bottle in the proper color (Yellow, Magenta, Blue)

5. Check the steps to setup your printer in the next video:
