I recently purchased an ink cartridge for my printer and it only lasted a short period of time. I looked up on my printer app the amount of pages that it printed and it stated (11). The ink cartridge is empty and I do not understand why. I still have my receipt, dated May 21, 2024. I do not use my printer very much as you can see, but I certainly expect it to last longer than what it has. Please replace this cartridge as soon as you can.
