HP Recommended

My HP Smart App says my color ink cartridge isn’t out, but the color is not printing. I’ve never had an issue receiving my cartridges before I’m completely out, until now. Very happy with service other than this happening. I live in an incredibly rural area, so “running to the store” isn’t an option and I need the printer for work. Thank you.
