I'm trying to order ink. Ya'll system is horrible to speak to someone.  I have a new printer hp desk jet 2855e. ALL I WANT IS INK.

I hear you—sometimes, ordering ink should be way simpler than it is!

 

Purchase ink or toner cartridges

Replacement ink and toner is available from HP and local retailers.

Go to the HP Store.

Select your country/region and language.

Click Ink & toner at the top of the page.

Follow the instructions to find and order the cartridges for your printer.
