I have experienced some print cartridge issues.  I am a member of Insta Ink, yet my online system notification tells me I am using a "non-HP Instant Ink Cartridge Installed. Click to learn more." 

 

Yet, below that message I have another mixed message that ""your good on ink, no need to replace." 

Furthermore, I have not received a new ink shipment in over a year (seems odd) and my address and payment information are both updated.   Curious if others have experienced this issue and how do I remedy?  Thank you.
