The InstaInk system has again failed us for timely delivery and recognition of our current HP printer.  The system still shows a 6978 printer that has been gone years (because the needed print head replacement would have cost more than a new printer, given 2-way freight and no local repair facility.) We had an ink delivery about 6 months ago, but I finally gave up and intervened to get the black ink delivered (we hope) before it would be exhausted.  Order confirmed by HP Jan 7, 2023.  Estimated delivery is Jan 20, 2023! Really, nearly 2 weeks is considered by HP to be reasonable?  That could be the case if the HP system had recognized that the 9015e is the printer we use, the one on which we have extended warranty, and upgraded ink program.  I guess I'm going to need to install the Epson all-in-one we have as an option for my wife's laptop.  At least it doesn't turn itself off so frequently as the 9015e (that has a non-functional on/off switch, so we have to turn it on/off by unplugging and plugging it back in.)  The 9015e is a nice machine, but perhaps is due for better quality control (switch infant failure and inability to stay connected to wifi when the associated HP laptop and HP desktop units have no such problem.  I'm hoping its print head lasts the warranty period (extended option for 4 years,) for the unit we had between the 6978 and this one lasted only 2 years.
