I have subscribed to insta ink for several years and have only had three ink cartridges sent to me because I do not print that much. It does not make sense for me to continue to subscription because I have spent several hundreds of dollars on a service where I could have bought the ink cartridges for cheaper. I went to cancel my subscription, but it told me the ink cartridges sent to me cannot be used after the cancellation date. I don't understand why they won't work when I have spent money for the past three years. Do I have to get new ink cartridges or can I use the ones I paid for through the subscription.

You are paying for printed pages, not for ink big difference, ink is free. Once you cancel your subscription free ink you received will not work.

Thanks for clarifying. I guess the insta ink name mislead me to believe it was an ink program.
