Product: HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d
I installed new HP 950/951 ink cartridges in our OfficeJet Pro 8100 and successfully printed 40-50 pages. A couple hours later I started getting an error message there was an error with the printer or cartridges and I should turn off and on the unit which I did. I unplugged the unit for a minute and replugged it as well. Nothing. I tried removing the device and reinstalling it and win10 can't find it now. Tried using HP diagnostics and printer can't be found. Unit is set up to wirelessly connect to network. Suggestion? Am I out the $81 the Bk and Tri-color cost me?
