macOS 12.0 Monterey

My printer says the ink cartridges are damaged even though they are brand new HP brand ink cartridges. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting fixes I can find. Has anyone ever fixed this?

I'd like to help!

 

Try updating the driver if not done already. Click here and install HP Easy Start. 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked.
