Hi

I know the times are special, but I signed up for InstantInk Octobre 14 and I didn't receive my starting kit yet

Support don't answer, and instant messaging invite me to call Support

 

Does anyone know where I could contact?

I don't really feel like talking on the phone

Since english isn't my first language and I'm not that fluent oraly,

I prefer by email

Thanks for any help
