Instant Ink 2 month trial instead of 9

Hi,
Like many other users, I've bought a printer (HP Envy 6432e) that came with a 9 month trial for HP Instant Ink. But when I've installed the printer, I've only got 2 months... This is really annoying and contacting the HP Support on Twitter didn't  solve anything.
