Anyone know where to get help on this issue i was going to register for my four month trial but it says one instead of 4?

I'm so confused i tried everything to get my free months it keeps saying i can't claim my printer code,please help.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months.

 

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account.

If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
