Hi,
I've had an issue with my instant ink for the 3rd time in as many weeks.
I first received a tri-colour cartridge on the 14th October that was faulty and I received the message Remove and Reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. I tried all the options to fix to no avail and was sent a new cartridge.
My next issue was I was sent the wrong cartridges for my printer (4 individual colours) instead of 2 tri-colour. Support 'resolved' this by sending just 1 tri-colour express delivery.
My next tri-colour cartridge arrived and this gives me the same error message about removing and re-installing. Again nothing seems to fix it.
I started a WhatsApp conversation with Jatin on Sunday and we tried all steps and eventually I was told a new cartridge would be sent express. The last message I received on Sunday asked me to confirm my address and number. I replied just 4 minutes later and nothing since then. Nothing has been despatched or arranged, and I can't restart a conversation because the previous chat is left option. I've tried messaging 4 times in the last 48 hours.
I'm on the business package and this is the 3rd time in as many weeks I've had to put my printing business on hold since the 14th October.
I've tried to open a new case before calling but because I have an open chat I can't. How else can I get this resolved quickly? I need ink urgently and can't afford to wait the 4 days DHL takes because someone couldn't respond for 2 days.
I've had to buy 3 of my own cartridges recently to keep going, so I'm wondering why I'm bothering to pay for a service that has been so disappointing recently.

Apologies for the inconvenience. To assist you better, is the regular HP color ink cartridge bought by yourself working fine?
If yes, then I can help you by sending a replacement tri-color ink cartridge.
If not, it could be an issue with the printer as 2 different tri-color ink cartridges have the same error.
