Hi,
I'm using my son's old printer and have just signed up to Instant Ink. The black ink is showing as shipped but the other 3 colours are showing an error, "Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels.". The printer display shows the cartridge is depleted. How can I fix this and get new Instant Ink cartridges ordered. I've tried cleaning the printheads but this won't work because it just comes up with the same error on the printer that the cartridges are depleted. I assume they are empty or dried out because the printer hasn't been used in over a year. Thanks.
