I have a HP Officejet Pro 8020 series and recently installed replacement ink cartridges received from the hp instant ink program and all was fine then this message appeared out of the blue: "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink"?
I'm enrolled on this program?
I have tried a reset from the Menu and now I'm stuck as on the setup it wants to print an alignment page but due to the fault it will not print a page, so i now seem to be stuck at this stage,
I did do a whatsapp chat with hp who after a while simply stopped talking, we had tried several things which hadn't worked and he as i said simply stopped replying to my messages and now i can only get the virtual agent.
Anyone got any ideas

Performing a reset on the printer will delete the Instant Ink data on the printer. Now, you need to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
