Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy Photo 7155 AIO Printer.  I decided to enroll it in Instant Ink after getting an offer to do so.  What a mistake!  After spending 2 hours to get it "enrolled", and getting WebServices enabled, all wireless printing from iOS devices on my network stopped working a few days later (along with a network-connected iMAc).  After another 2 hours with HP technical support, I was forwarded to a "technical specialist" that told me my printer needed to be replaced.  I took the "bait" and ordered a new printer on the monthly plan.  While waiting for the new printer, I've received no less that five Emails asking me to complete my enrollment into HP Instant Ink, and I've received two shipments of ink for my old printer (HP64 cartridges).

On a whim, I unstalled every  piece of HP printer-related software and reinstalled the printer.  It now works as it did before starting the Instant Ink fiasco.  I'd like to cancel the whole thing, but can't find a way to contact HP directly to do that.

Today, the new printer arrived (which I haven't unboxed) and learned that it uses HP63 cartridges.  I have a case number to refer to (#5121471492 - listed as Closed) and no way to contact support to reopen it.

HP's entire service experience here is a debacle.  Any assistance that anyone here can provide would be greatly appreciated.
