Envy 6022

Hello,

 

I've just setup my new printer Envy 6022 today. While it should be accompanied by 3 month trial of instant ink, I only see 1 month in the enrolling page to instant ink. Can you help me to solve the problem?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Dear Chiung,

 

I would recommend checking that the promotion has not expired. It is also possible that the 3 free months are only for certain plans of the program. Sometimes free months are given only for lower HP Instant Ink plans, and many not include higher page plans. If you check the promotional material included with your printer, then you should be able to find the answer to your question.

Thank you for your reply! I have tried every plan but no difference. Also only constraint mentioned in the promotional material is I have to redeem within 7 days of printer setup, which shouldn't be a problem because I purchased the printer today.
