my HP InstantInk account is alerting me that i have a non-HP instant ink tri-color cartridge installed however they are both (black and tri-color) HP genuine ink cartridges received in the post via the instant ink subscription. i have attempted several times to contact virtual support with absolutely no help and cannot find a way around the issue to get a replacement cartridge- this obviously halts the InstantInk subscription so i am in what feels like an endless loop.

 

Any help on how to get around this issue will be helpful- i have already tried virtual support to no avail so will be avoiding that in future.
