My printer won't print  says Instant Ink Problem

@beanershcnitzel, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Let us try these steps:

• Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC.
• Make sure the printer is connected to the internet. 
• Login to your Instant Ink account and check if your account status is ok and if there are any alerts or messaging indicating a problem. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
