Hey I recently had to cancel my instant ink membership to remove my printer due to changing internet providers. It seemed to solve the issue I was having, however now that I have my printer re-added it will not allow me to sign back up for instant ink due to the cartridges I have are currently part of the cancelled subscription. I am waiting on a recycle envelope to send those back but is there a way to re-activate the membership without having to return these particular cartridges? They were not low or out of ink, it was simply part of the troubleshooting process I was provided when trying to set up the printer on the new network.

Hey there! 😊 No worries, I’ve got you covered!
Since Instant Ink cartridges are provided at no cost, they automatically deactivate when the subscription is canceled. But don’t stress! Once you reactivate your Instant Ink account, we’ll send you a fresh set of cartridges right away. 🎉
You don’t need to wait for the return envelope, just go ahead and reactivate your subscription, and your new ink will be on its way. Let me know if you need any help with reactivation! 😊
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
