I had issues with my cartridges streaking and using the cleaning feature didn't work so someone from HP on here sent out me some new ones, the black installed fine works like a treat but the colour doesn't my printer is barely over a year old and i've had the same colour cart installed since I used up the original that came with it. I pay £1.99 a month because I don't print much and then I get the streaks issue and the new one doesnt work at all keeps saying "install it again" I am very annoyed that my printer doesn't work after just over a years use and from what other posts on here are saying the reply from HP is to get it serviced.

 

I am out of warrenty and I paid good money for this printer my old one had was 6 years old I only bought a new one because I liked the look of the Envy 6200, can I have some support here please

 

I am getting the message "The indicated ink cartidges are not intended for use in this printer" yet HP sent me these ink catridges so I would like HP to send me a new colour ink cartidge please

I dont understand I had an issue before posting again and someone on here sorted it out for me by sending my somenew ink which the colour that was sent doesn't work and it was on here, you've posted nothing helpful but loads of stuff I don't even understand or know where to start.

 

How about just 1 link to the place I need to go, the virtual assisstant doesn't even help me or work
