Hello,
Irwin6 was dealing with me, but he's been saying that I have not contacted him when I have.
I placed my first Instant Ink cartridge (Black) into my computer but it's not registering, and I haven't been able to use it.
Irwin6 asked me for my Instant Ink account details. Here they are:

Hello,
I've now purchased a new black cartridge and have put that in so that I can start using my printer again.
But if you can solve the problem that will be good!!
Will I get charged for this after the trial period has run out? If so, should I cancel my subscription?
Also, it's been telling, I think, that my printer is not connected to the Internet, if that's any help.

Hi @Clark_Robbie,
Thank you for confirming your shipping address.
I have placed an order for the black and tri-color cartridge to be sent to you on express delivery, the cartridge is not ready to be shipped yet and once they are ready to be shipped you shall receive the tracking link via email and notification on the app.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to fix printer not connected to internet message and let me know if that helps.

Hello Irwin6,
Just to let you know that I have used up both of my store-bought cartridges (colour and black), so I replaced them with Instant Ink cartridges.
Now the printer is working fine, thank you. I did try the original Black one again that I tried before, but it still didn't work so it must be faulty.
So now I have a Colour and Black cartridge in the printer and I have a spare colour one.
