Instant Ink errors

I absolutely hate the Instant Ink! I am a teacher and purchased a $300 printer with my own money. This is now a paperweight because Instant Ink can not figure out how to get my registration reenrolled. As teachers, we must unhook our tech for the whole summer. Because it looses internet, it cancels the Instant Ink membership. So even though you have ink you PAID FOR, you can not use it. Just another reason teachers are always BROKE! It is because of companies like this whose greed outweighs it's customer support, care, and responsibility.
