Hello, 

Did some of you have this issue and may help me, please. Thank you!

I registered my printer in HP website and I received the message "Congratulations! You have 3 free months of HP Instant Ink - Enroll to start your free trial." 

The problem is that in the list published below this message there is no a printer series starting with 2720. 

Should I choose 2730 or 2750 ?

You cannot - and should not - select a printer that is not in your printer's series.

It won't work.

 

That said, your printer series is listed...

NOTES: 

It is NOT necessary that you be enrolled to read the contract

Contract:  Open the main website > Change region / flag > scroll down just past the FAQ

Cancellation  >> READ the Terms of Service Contract.

The Terms of Service contract also provides contact information, usually in the very first section.

Dear Dragon-Fur (HP Expert),

Thank you very much for your reply.

I followed all the steps you described to me and I've read all the FAQs. As a result I understood that even though I received the message below ("This printer is eligible for HP Instant Ink"), I didn't find it in the list with Models and Series that work with Instant Ink. 

I feel a bit confused, and I would like to kindly ask you for your confirmation if my printer DeskJet 2724 All - in -one (HP DeskJet 2700 Series) is eligible or not.  Country of purchase and delivery: the U.K.  Thank you in advance!

DeskJet 2724 is part of the 2720 series.

 

I cannot explain why you don't see the same results.

I don't have any access to Internal Support.

 

From what I can see, you can contact Support via the Website and / or contact options included in your Terms of Service contract for your region.

 

If you have not done so,

Contact Instant Ink Support in your region.
