Instant Ink free trial not started automatically

i recently purchased a new printer (HP Envy Pro 6432) and set it up yesterday. I wanted to start a trial of instant ink which was promoted on the box (6 months free and 9 Euro starting balance). However this did apparently not work. At least my Dashboard doesn't mention any free months. Maybe I did something wrong?


Things worthy of note:
- I had a problem during the initial setup. While installing the ink cartridges, the printer suddenly tried to go back to its parking position. This made the opened flaps crash into the housing and the setup aborted with an error. However the setup still seems to have been successful and the printer works without a problem.
- Even though the printer comes with instant-ink ready cartridges, the website says a Welcome Pack was shipped. Also it says the instant ink subscription is not active.
- Applying the Code for 9 Euro starting balance on the Instant Ink Site did work, but sadly there's no trial showing.


I hope someone can help me with starting this trial.
