Hi

Monthly I get the HP Instant Ink e-mail saying my invoice is ready.

When visiting the page where to download it, it is not ready.

Usually it is accessible 1 day later.

This is annoying and IMO not client/company friendly.

Could you fix this please?

Thanks.

Kind regards

Matthieu

@Netboost, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

To check and download the invoice, kindly log in to your Instant Ink account.

  1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account.

  2. If HP Instant Ink  displays as a choice in the left menu, click it.

  3. Click Print History, and then select the desired billing cycle to view details.

  4. Click Download Invoice to generate a .pdf copy.

For more info, refer to - HP Instant Ink - Manage your account

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
