My actual printer shows my ink levels as low, but when I signs into the HPSmart app to check my Instant Ink account it says my levels are fine and that I do not need ink. How do I get them to sync? Can I override my Instant Ink settings and order ink anyhow? I’m paying for it, why am I not getting any sent?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If the Printer is showing online when you sign in to your Instant Ink Account, it means it's syncing. 

 

Unfortunately, you cannot override any settings. 

 

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
