Instant Ink page count and billing history

I am simply looking for a way to access by billing history and page counts on instant ink.   Virtual support told me this:

HP Instant Ink is based on the pages you print, not cartridges or shipments you receive.

To see your page count history:

1. Sign into your HP Instant Ink account:

• Home / Home Office: Sign into your Home / Home Office Instant ink account.
• Business: Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account.

2. Click HP Instant Ink, then Print and Payment History.

But that option was not available when i followed the link.
