The last 24 pages or so that I printed are unusable because the printer ran out of black ink. I'm enrolled in HP Instant Ink, and haven't been shipped ink in a very long time due overall to low use, so when I started printing today, I ran out of ink without even getting through my monthly plan pages, not to even mention touching my rollover.
As I mentioned, the last 24 pages I printed are just not usable at all. I was wondering if I might be able to get these pages added back to my total so I'm able to get actual proper pages printed once the ink gets here?
I am also wondering if I might be able to extend my rollover pages into the next billing cycle (I am changing my plan because it was a way higher tier than what I needed, but the rollover limit is much less) if the ink I need is not actually shipped to me in time? The website reads: "We will ship more before you run low." but I have been below 50% for months and have not received new ink in a while, and now I've run out.
Sorry for posting this here. I cannot find any other way to ask for help at this time.
