I recently subscribed to HP instant ink and have set my printer up/installed the cartridge that was sent to me. At first, the printer was showing issues connecting to web services, which has now been resolved and confirmed by the HP smart app/HP cloud services webpage. I tried printing after everything was connected and the printer will only print blank pages. All the cartridges have been installed correctly, there are no error codes, and now my instant ink account shows pages have printed from my allotment, but the pages had no ink on them. Please advise, thanks.
Printer: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020

I received and installed the new cartridges without an issue. However, the printer prompted me that the ink cartridges may not be compatible with my printer, something it did not do the first time. I clicked "OK" and printed a test page.
So far, so good. The new cartridges are working after being mailed a second set. Not sure if these were different from the first set.
