I have the HP Instant Ink program and I receive Ink in the mail from HP before I am empty. Normally, I should say but this is the second Christmas in a row that I have not received the ink when I needed it. I am a graphic artist and I create greeting cards including Christmas Cards. I mail 175 Cards each year. Last year I changed my program paramateers so that I could use more pages and again this year I found myself without ink waiting for your company. I waited over a week with paper and env siting waiting to be printing to be mailed out. I was very late this year. I like the program but I need to work out something with you guys so that I will not continue to have this problem. This time you sent me doubles of each cartrige color except the blue color. You sent me one blue cartrige even though all my cartriges needed to be refilled. This means that when I did my printing I found myself in the same spot with the blue color. What can I do to get this resolved. I am now siting on an expensive printer without the ink I need . Help
